Uthink Online’s privacy policy statement demonstrates our deep commitment to your privacy rights. Since we gather certain types of information about you, we want you to fully understand the terms and conditions surrounding the capture and use of that information. Personal & Demographic Information
Uthink Online is a dedicated market research data collection company to help connect your opinions to our clients.
By completing our registration process, you will become a member of Uthink Online’s research panel.
As part of the process, we collect demographic information such as gender, age, region and profile information to help us match specific surveys to you for eligibility and interest. We also collect your personal contact information so that you may be eligible for entry into our reward draws.
We do not pass along any personal identifiable information to any of our clients or third parties. Your information, including email, is protected by Uthink Online and not used for any follow-up marketing or sales initiatives.
Information collected is restricted solely for the purpose of research. In addition, all data collected through your participation in our surveys is analyzed in aggregate or in demographic groups. Your individual answers are never connected to your name, email or other contact information and no identifying information is attached to the survey results.
It is the policy of Uthink Online not to collect any information from any individual under the age of 13 without permission from his/her parents or legal guardian.
Cookies
Cookies are used to track and monitor traffic patterns on our site for maintenance purposes. Cookies are not used to track or monitor personally identifiable information and we do not store or retain your cookie information.
Email Policy
Your email is used only to inform you of new surveys, announcements, newsletters, and reminders. By becoming a Uthink Online panelist, you give Uthink Online the permission to contact you regarding the above.
Email information is strictly confidential and is never sold or released to third parties.
Opt-out Policy
You have the right to remove yourself as a member of our panel database by clicking on the unsubscribe link found at the bottom of all Uthink Online emails. Upon completion of the unsubscribe or membership cancellation process, all your information will be permanently removed from our database.
Panelist Feedback/Inquiries
Panelists have the ability to contact Uthink Online and provide us with comments or feedback. Uthink Online does not retain personal information included in feedback or inquiries for any purpose other than to respond to the user.
Outside Links
This site or a Uthink Online email may contain links to other sites. Panelists will be taken to a separate site if they click on one of these links. Uthink Online encourages you to review the privacy statements of the websites you choose to link to from Uthink Online so that you can understand how those websites collect, use and share your information. Uthink Online is not responsible for the privacy statements or other content on any other website a user visits.
Security Policy
Uthink Online has created security guidelines and this privacy policy to protect the loss, misuse, or alteration of information collected from our website. Access to personally identifiable information is only provided to authorized Uthink Online employees via a password. Uthink Online employees are made aware of our security guidelines during our employee orientation process. Our security guidelines are routinely reviewed to ensure that the confidentiality of personally identifiable information is protected by the appropriate measures.

UTHINK ONLINE TERMS OF AGREEMENT
Uthink Online, a division of Studentawards Inc, is an online market research data collection company based in Toronto, Canada.
By submitting your agreement to the terms and conditions, you understand and agree to the Uthink Online Privacy Policy and will abide by the terms of agreement outlined below.
Emails
You agree to receive emails from Uthink Online including invitations to surveys, reminder emails, and any emails relating to your status as a member of the Uthink Online Community (“Member”).
It is recommended that you add Uthink Online (@uthinkonline.com) to your email safe list.
If you do not wish to receive emails from Uthink Online, you have the option to terminate your membership by informing Uthink Online through the unsubscribe option available on all emails.
Surveys
Invitations are based on a member’s profile information. Uthink Online is not responsible for and cannot guarantee that a member will qualify for any number of survey invitations. Uthink Online is not responsible for survey content.
Ensuring Privacy & Third Party
Uthink Online may offer invitations to a survey on third party sites. A Member is solely responsible for protecting their personal information on any third party survey site.
Uthink Online does not accept liability or responsibility for any content from links or sites resulting from third party surveys.
Uthink Online agreement with any affiliates or other third party, who is engaged to perform services on Uthink Online’s behalf, is to observe the intent of Uthink Online’s Privacy Policy and best practices. For additional detail please review the Privacy Policy (see above).
Conditions of Membership
Members can terminate their membership of Uthink Online at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email invitation.
Uthink Online also reserves the right terminate the membership of any individual Member for any reason including:
- Member being under the age of 13
- Member falsifying registration or profile information
- Member creating multiple memberships or member accounts
- Members taking same survey more than once
- Members sharing, posting, publishing survey links, URLS, and/or content
- Members manipulating or attempting to manipulate survey links, URLs, and/or content
- Member is inactive for a period of 6 months or more
- Member listing a contact email address that results in bounce back or error messages.
- And for any other reason, not contemplated here, whereby Uthink Online determines it appropriate to terminate membership for a member
Updates to Privacy Policy & Terms of Agreement
Uthink Online reviews all of its policies from time to time and may amend or change this Privacy Policy & Terms of Agreement at anytime; you are encouraged to visit our website periodically to review our current policy & terms.
At any time, you have the option to remove yourself from our panel if you do not agree with the changes or contact us with any questions or concerns.
